Great fabric....very soft on skin

I purchased this lovely shirt a few weeks ago. I haven't worn it yet because I'm a bit concerned about the care info provided on tag. Hand washing is a ok, but the tag says

No ironing. The only place that needs ironed, in my opinion, are the sleeves. They need

it pretty badly. I was anxious to know what other customers thought or the customer service folks think.
