RETURN GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

At SSCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That’s why we’ve made our return process as easy as possible.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased directly from www.southernshirt.com may be returned within 30 days from your order date if accompanied by the original tags and packaging. After going through the return process at returns.southernshirt.com you will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s) based on the original payment method.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If you received defective merchandise, please return the product back to us through our return’s portal at returns.southernshirt.com. When returning the item, please include an explanation of the problem with the merchandise you received. This information can be added in the comments section during the returns process. 

RETURNING A GIFT

For gift returns, you'll need to submit a ticket to our help desk. Please fill out the requested information as completely as possible as this will assist us in helping you with the process. Gift returns will be issued as an E-Gift Card for the original purchase amount. 

NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

The quickest way to receive a new item is to place a new order on our website and send back your original order as a return through our return’s portal at returns.southernshirt.com.
