Measuring Tips

BustWrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, and center the tape in the back so it is level all the way around. Arms should be relaxed and down by your sides. This is not your bra size!

WaistBend to one side to find the natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist. Run the tape around your natural waistline, keeping the tape loose and parallel with the floor.

Low HipWrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your lower hips. This is usually about 7 - 9" below the natural waistline. Keep the tape parallel with the floor all the way around your lower hips.

ThighPosition the measuring tape about 1" below your crotch point, then wrap it loosely around the circumference of your thigh. Don't pull too tight!

Measuring Tips

NeckWrap the measuring tape around the middle of your neck, over your Adam's apple, where your collar would normally rest. Keep the tape loose for comfort.

ChestWrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and over your shoulder blades. Do not puff your chest out. Stand naturally, with your arms hanging to your side in a relaxed and natural position.

WaistThis measurement will be different than what is considered the "waist size" on men's pants. The natural waist can be found by bending to one side, and taking note of where the natural indentation in your torso is located (usually around your belly button area). Keep the tape comfortably loose around your midsection.

Low HipWrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your lower hips. This is usually about 7 - 9" below the natural waistline. Keep the tape parallel with the floor all the way around your lower hips.

Arm LengthPlace one end of the measuring tape at the top of your shoulder and measure down to your wrist bone.
