At SSCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That’s why we’ve made our return process as easy as possible. Get started with your return below.
After going through the return process below, you will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s) based on the original payment method.

Fill out the returns form by clicking the link below and selecting items you'd like to return from recent purchases.

Once the form is completed, you will receive a prepaid label and more instructions on proceeding with your return.
- Print the return label and packing slip.
- Package your return with the packing slip and add the label to the box.
- Drop off your return at your nearest UPS location (click here to search for UPS locations near you).
- We'll follow up with next steps on your return once your return package is received.
Please Note
- For using this returns service, a fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund if your return is deemed eligible for a refund.
- The return service helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security.
- Exchanges are free of charge.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from your order date
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed merchandise
- Merchandise must be purchased directly from southernshirt.com

Merchandise must be may be accompanied by the original tags and packaging.
How do I return defective merchandise?
If you received defective merchandise, please return the product back to us through our return’s portal at returns.southernshirt.com.
When returning the item, please provide a picture of the problem with the merchandise you received. This can be added during the returns process.
What's the mailing address for returned items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return.
What items are non-refundable?
- Non-defective items that have been worn or washed
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Stickers and decals
- eGift Cards
What if I purchased an item from a retail store, not on your website?
For items purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the specific retailer for their return policy.
We are unable to issue refunds for items not ordered through the www.southernshirt.com website.
Returning a gift?
For gift returns, you'll need to start a chat with our team.
- Please fill out the requested information as completely as possible as this will assist us in helping you with the process.

Gift returns will be issued as an E-Gift Card for the original purchase amount.
Exchanges
The quickest way to start an exchange is to visit our our return’s portal at returns.southernshirt.com.
You will be refunded your original purchase if the items arrive to us unworn or in like-new condition.
Please note: Items received through an exchange are final once opened and cannot be returned.
